NADZ Beauty operates an online retail store selling beauty and cosmetic products. By using our website, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You will use our services only for lawful purposes
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
• Product packaging may differ from images shown
• We reserve the right to modify product descriptions without notice
• All products are subject to availability

Product Authenticity: We guarantee that all products sold on NADZ Beauty are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors and reputable brands.

Pricing:

• All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Promotional prices are valid for the specified period only
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Payment:

• We accept major credit/debit cards through secure payment gateways
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order
• Your order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation
• We do not store your complete payment card details

• We ship to addresses within Sri Lanka
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location and order weight
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

Free Shipping: Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping. Please check our current promotions for details.

Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for unopened products and only for wrong products if received by customers (packaging may be opened without damage, but products must not be opened strictly for any reason)
• Products must be in original, unused condition with all seals intact
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• No returns accepted for products ordered wrongly or mistakenly, as no returns are accepted from our suppliers once products are dispatched
• Occasional sale items and promotional products may have different return policies if store dispatched differs from order

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item only in cases where store dispatched differs from ordered product
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after deduction of system charges via Stripe payment gateway
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to store error
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements

Damaged or Defective Products:

Damage during transportation will be under courier company responsibility. The store will save packing photos as evidence to prove that no products were damaged until the store hands over the products to the courier company. The store will ensure safe packing for shipments as per courier company guidance strictly.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Use automated systems to access our website without permission
• Engage in fraudulent activities or provide false information
• Resell products purchased from us without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or services

Product Use: You are responsible for using products according to their instructions. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare or cosmetic product.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NADZ Beauty or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without written consent
• Modify or create derivative works from our content

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the store is officially registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation, if negotiation fails
• The courts of the jurisdiction where the store is officially registered, as a last resort
